Return Eligibility
We support a flexible and customer-friendly return service. Customers can apply for a return for eligible products within 60 days after receiving the goods. All unused, unopened, intact products with original packaging are acceptable for return application.

Refund Processing Time
After we receive and verify the returned products, the refund process will be initiated immediately. The refund will be credited to the original payment account within 5 to 10 business days. The specific arrival time depends on the processing rules of the customer’s payment institution.
